Guest reviews and comments are really important to us; not only do they give us a pat on the back when we get things right - we also pick up suggestions for improving our service.
We do listen, and we never rest on our laurels! We are constantly trying to improve, and our guests' feedback is a vital part of this process. We invite all guests to complete an anonymous survey after staying with us... we feel that an anonymous survey is much more likely to get totally honest comments, good or bad. But we also invite online reviews (via the guestbook entries on the website page for each unit of accommodation) and, apart from online reviews, we do have a visitors' book in many of the properties. Lastly, we email every one of our guests on their return to the UK, to invite their feedback.

We could easily fill several pages, but this should give you an idea of the comments we have received over the last few years. Copies of the actual guest book entries, emails, online reviews etc, are available for inspection on request.
