Airport Transfers

As you would expect, Kalkan Secrets can book your transfers between Kalkan and Dalaman (or Antalya) airport. We only use well-established transfer companies with depots in Kalkan and Dalaman, whom we know well - and, more importantly, they also know us very well as an important customer; this counts for a lot in terms of service.

If you do choose to book through us, we make it very simple: all we need is your party size, your flight numbers and arrival/departure times - plus your mobile phone number, just in case - and we will do the rest. You can pay in GBP in advance, along with your holiday booking payments - so no messing around with cash on arrival and departure!

Our preferred companies know the location of our accommodation very well, so you will not have to worry about giving the driver directions in a foreign language! If we book the transfers for you, we will also undertake to inform the company of any changes to your flight times that you tell us about, so you can be sure the driver will be there to meet you on time. 

Once booked, we will confirm to you the following:

• The transfer company
• Pick up time at the arrival airport and instructions for meeting your driver
• Pick up time from your Kalkan accommodation for your return flight
• Any enforced changes to the above as a result of altered flight times, etc.

Of course, you are welcome to book the transfers yourself. However, if you do so, we strongly recommend that you use one of our preferred taxi operators, whom we have found to be reliable and efficient with good, friendly drivers and safe, well-maintained, air-conditioned, INSURED modern cars. We will be happy to give you the relevant contact details for the companies we recommend. 

Current return prices between Dalaman and Kalkan (although these may be subject to change) 

Up to 3 people : £110 return in private taxi

4-7 people : £140 return in Mercedes Vito or similar

8-13 people : £190 return in Mercedes Sprinter or similar

**VIP transfer: £250 return for up to 13 people in a specially appointed Mercedes Sprinter** 

Prices from/to Antalya are approximately 1.5x to 2x the above; please email us for a quote.

Instructions

Booking Dalaman - Kalkan return airport transfers through Kalkan Secrets is easy, as part of our normal accommodation booking process: the airport transfer booking cost is one of the optional extras you can select on the online booking information form.

You can do this at any time before your balance payment is due; just tick the relevant "Airport Transfers" box on the online booking information form and the transfer fee will be added to your holiday balance; just make sure we have your flight details, and a mobile phone number where you can be contacted whilst in Turkey, and we will organise the transfers for you.
